Please note we are currently SOLD OUT of all our allocated accommodation at the Europa and Grand Central Hotel for Thursday 24th & Friday 25th April. However, we do have a great relationship with Hastings Hotels and can enquire additional rooms based on demand in the Grand Central Hotel. Please contact Yazmin@Callowevents and outline how many rooms you require and what nights.

Grand Central Hotel

Grand Central is a modern five-start hotel located just behind City Hall in Belfast City Centre. There are three restaurants located in the hotel and there are plenty of nearby eateries.

Please note there is no car park at The Grand Central hotel however the hotel do offer a Valet service for an additional cost. The new Grand Central Station which operates both bus and train transport is a five-minute walk from the hotel.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is at 11am. 

Cancellation in the Grand Central hotel is available until 6th March 2025.

Europa Hotel

This hotel is currently SOLD OUT

The Europa hotel is located on Great Victoria Street in Belfast City centre.

Check-in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 11am.

Please note that there is no onsite car park at the Europa Hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for an additional cost or alternatively there are car parks nearby. The new Grand Central Station is located just round the corner from the Europa Hotel for bus and rail links.

Cancellation in the Europa hotel is available until 6th March 2025.

The Hilton Hotel

4 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP

  • 5-minute walk to the ICC

The Hilton Hotel is located beside the ICC, a short walk from the city centre.

Check in is at 3pm. Checkout is at 12 noon.

There is a car park located adjacent to the Hilton hotel for an additional cost. Tickets can be discounted at reception. The closest public transport hub is Lanyon Place for rail transport.
