ILCU AGM

The ILCU Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, April 26th, offers a vital opportunity for members to voice their perspectives, influence key decisions, and contribute to our shared vision, including the election of principal posts and committees.

Based on your feedback, we have made enhancements this year, with AGM taking place following the conference. We encourage all credit union partners to support this important meeting—this is your sector, and we are your representative body.

Lunches

You will be able to purchase your lunch online before the AGM. This can be purchased when you complete your registration or at a later date by visiting the website shop.

If you book your lunch online, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon registering on the day for the AGM, you will receive your lunch tokens in your registration pack.

For the AGM, the below options will be available to purchase for lunch. Please note these have to be prebooked and cannot be purchased on the day.

 

  1. Packed Lunch
    This includes a Sandwich, Piece of Fruit, Snack Bar, Bottle of Water, Crisps etc and will be available to pick-up in the ICC. This is ideal for anyone wanting to take their lunch on the journey home or fancy something a bit more casual.
  2. Sit-down lunch in the Hilton
    This will be served in the Hilton Hotel, beside the ICC.

 

Social Event

We are delighted to announce that this year’s Social Event is taking place at the Europa Hotel on Friday 25th April. Timings and further information will be made available shortly

Registration

You will be asked to register for the AGM by entering your lead contact information, followed by your Delegates & Alternates.

You can then proceed to booking accommodation that we currently have on hold along with lunches and social event tickets.

Disclaimer: Before you proceed to register, the following details will be required:

  • Your name, Credit Union, e-mail and phone number
  • Your approved Delegates & Alternates names
  • How many Bedrooms you require, in your hotel of preference and room type.

If you are a Credit Union Officer completing registration on behalf of others, you will need to complete all of the above information on their behalf

You will be required to make payment for accommodation you select as part of the registration process. Payment can be made by debit or credit card and all costs. Accommodation will only be refunded if the room is reallocated.

Once you have successfully completed your booking a confirmation email will be forwarded to the booker, so please get them to check their spam/junk folder for same if they are still missing this confirmation.
